Pulse Transformer Core - Domain-Engineered Silicon Steel Lamination for High-Fidelity Pulse Transfer in Radar, Medical Equipment, and Grid Protection Applications

The Pulse Transformer Core employs precision-laminated silicon steel (0.10–0.35mm thickness, 2.5–3.8% Si content) to achieve microsecond-scale transient response. Its optimized domain-refined grain structure minimizes eddy currents while enabling flux swing rates >8T/µs—critical for maintaining pulse shape integrity under extreme dV/dt stress.

    Radar and Communication Field

    In radar systems, pulse transformer cores are used in pulse modulators and signal coupling links between transmitters and receivers. They can accurately transmit high-frequency, narrow pulse signals, ensuring the accuracy of radar in target detection and positioning.  
    In communication equipment (such as microwave communication and digital communication devices), they can achieve signal isolation and matching between different circuit modules, reduce signal interference, ensure the integrity of pulse signals during transmission, and improve communication quality.  

    Power Electronics and Energy Field 

    In power electronic switching circuits (such as thyristor and IGBT drive circuits), pulse transformer cores are used to transmit trigger pulse signals, realizing electrical isolation between control circuits and power circuits, ensuring safe and stable operation of the circuits, and improving the transmission efficiency of trigger signals.

For example, in high-frequency electrosurgical units, they can safely transmit low-voltage pulse signals from the control circuit to the high-voltage output end, while achieving electrical isolation between the patient/operator end and the equipment end, ensuring the safety of patients and operators.
