Founding Stage: Starting from technology, laying a professional foundation
In the early stage of the company's foundation, the core team members came from the domestic first-class electrical engineering enterprises and manufacturing fields, with more than 15 years of experience in the development and management of magnetic materials, inductors and transformer cores. With the goal of “specialization, precision, specialization and innovation”, we have been building our production and quality system based on international standards from the very beginning.
✅ Introducing engineers with OEM/ODM background, focusing on technology implementation;
✅ Set up a quality control team and build up quality control process with reference to IATF 16949 system;
✅ Initially set up a customer support team to lay the foundation of language and responsiveness for export business.

The growth period: from manufacturing management to R & D synergy
With the increase of customer orders and product line expansion, we gradually set up a multi-functional team covering R&D, manufacturing, quality control, pre-sales and after-sales service, and promote the transformation of the enterprise from “production-oriented” to “customer-oriented + R & D-driven”.
✅ Establishment of product engineering department to promote the parallel R&D of FeSi iron core, nanocrystalline iron core and other categories;
✅ Introduced ERP system to build a closed-loop system of planning-production-delivery;
✅ Expanding international sales team to enter high-end markets such as Europe, America, Japan and Korea;
✅ Launch of the “customer project system”, one-on-one configuration of technical staff to follow up the project life cycle.

Mature stage: platform collaboration and international development
With Yaddo serving customers in more than 35 countries and regions, our team's organizational structure has been continuously optimized, forming a modern enterprise operation mode with “technology as the center stage, customer as the center, and management as the support”.
✅ Establishment of cross-departmental product platform team to realize one-stop closed loop from material selection → structure → testing → mass production → after-sales;
✅ Talent structure tends to be internationalized, introducing foreign technical consultants and overseas sales representatives;
✅ Cultivate a multi-level management team, from first-line supervisors to process optimizers, to promote organizational refinement;
✅ Regularly organizing cross-team “Quality Review Week”, so that the voice of the customer really reaches every position.
