Our services run through the pre-sale, sale and after-sale links, to ensure that every customer to use worry-free.

Quality Assurance

All products are strictly inspected before leaving the factory to ensure that they meet the technical and quality requirements of customers.

The quality of the product is subject to a one-year warranty, and if the problem is caused by manufacturing defects, we will provide unconditional replacement or repair services.

Technical support

Provide product use guidance, parameter docking, sample testing suggestions and other full-process technical support.

Support remote technical diagnosis or video conference, complex problems can be arranged for engineers on-site assistance (domestic area).

OEM customers can get one-on-one project engineer support, rapid response to customized demand adjustment.

Return and Exchange Service

For non-man-made damage, in the warranty period of the problem products, support the return and exchange.

Customers can submit after-sales application by email or phone, we will reply within 24 hours and complete the process within 3~5 working days.

For damages caused by transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of signing the receipt, and we will assist in claiming for damages and reissuing the products.

Delivery delay and abnormal handling

If the delivery is delayed due to our company, we will take the initiative to notify the customer and prioritize the compensation shipment or adjust the subsequent scheduling.

If there is a matching problem in the use of the product, we will assist in re-evaluating the selection and provide optimization solutions in a timely manner.
